MEETING SCHEDULE

The Board of Trustees’ regularly scheduled meetings are monthly (Jan-Oct) on the last Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. Historically, the November and December meetings are combined into one meeting typically held on the second Tuesday of December at 9:00 a.m. All Board of Trustee meetings are open to the public and are held in the Conference Room at the Bay Health Foundation office located at 11 Harrison Ave., Unit E, Panama City, FL 32401.

2026 Regular Board of Trustee Meetings:

• January 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• February 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• March 31, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• April 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• May 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ( one week earlier than normal because of Memorial Day)
• June 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
• July 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
